Apply a small amount of toner to cleansed skin using patting motions with your palms or by wiping the face with a cotton pad. To deeply moisturize the skin, the toner can be layered. If the skin is irritated, the product can be used as a moisturizing compress - soak cotton pads with toner and leave on for 5-10 minutes.
