Medi-Peel Retinol Collagen Lifting Toner is a rejuvenating toner with retinol and collagen that makes the skin elastic and firm, smoothing and lifting, tightening enlarged pores and evening out the skin texture. It moisturizes and softens, prevents dryness, refreshes upon application, and absorbs excellently. It evens out the tone and gives a healthy glow. It reduces the appearance of wrinkles and improves the condition of the skin around the nasolabial folds, eyes, and mouth. It contains the encapsulated component Retinolgen™ — a combination of 6 types of retinol and collagen that works deep in the skin. The formula is based on Jericho Rose extract and contains Redsnow, MadeWhite™, and Green Tomato SE complexes, as well as allantoin and xylitol glucoside.

Cleanse the face and neck with a cleanser. Apply the lifting toner to a cotton pad. Apply the toner to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Allow the toner to absorb into the skin.
